I resized one of the Backgrounds to make a card front and then added a ribbon wrap to the left side of the card front with a layered brad in the middle and edged with red,i then added a frame to the top right with a lady drinking wine and then a smaller frame under and added a sentiment i then added grapes,glasses,barrels and wine to the ribbon wrap to finish the design
