I resized a background and then added layered mats to the right side of the background and a layered ribbon with layered mats to the left side of the background and then bordered the background in contrasting colour,i then added the teapot and hearts to the top mat and the puppy to the bottom mat,then added a teabag and cakes to the ribbon to finish the design
