I cut out the border of one of the papers and copied and pasted another three to make a frame.
I used a black paper behind the frame and added my embellishments of swans, butterflies, grass. a rose cluster and some sparkle.
I made a simple sentiment to complete my topper. Credit to Jaguarwoman and Dreaming Bella.
