I used two of the papers for the base of my topper and layered a scenic picture over them both and added a wood frame over the top.
The girl on the scooter was coloured and placed to one side.
I added another pink frame behind her and some flowers on each corner of the frame. Some word art, a butterfly and a couple of brads completed my design. Credit to Delightful Doodles, Gillian Hutchinson at CUP, Moonbeam1212, NatalieNZ AND Love Manka at CUP.
