Congratulations Backing Paper Pack
A fantastic pack of 10 A4 backing papers for that very special occassion to congratulate friends, neighbours and loved ones. Lovely pastel colours too.
These papers have a slightly textured effect and the text is bevel embossed.

I used the blue from the kit and resized,i then placed a blue frame over the backing,then added the Graduation glasses and word art,then added bows to the glasses,decoupage finishes the sheet
