Art Deco Fans Paper PackCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened one of the Art Deco Fans Paper Pack files into my photo editor. Then I added a simple blue frame and corner decorations. Next I added the shield in the middle. After this I added the numbers and the small jewel decorations.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a beige base card. Next I re-printed the shield twice and made decoupage parts of it. I also re-printed the numbers, covered them with glossy accent and cut out. Then I attached them into the card with foam stickers. As a final touch I added faux gem stickers into the card.
