I opened the silver colored background into my photo editor. Then I added a pale silverish color into the aperture and a narrow silver frame around the background. After this I added a vintage car front in the middle of the aperture.

I decorated the card with two steampunk birds and some cog wheels. I also added a tag with text ONNITTELUT (the Finnish word for Congratulations). I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue base card leaving a broad border.
