11 Bling Backgrounds In Different ColorsCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened one of the 11 Bling Backgrounds In Different Colors files into my photo editor. Then I added an outer frame. Next I added a library scenery. As a focal point I added a chair, cat and plant element into the library scene. I also added a rose vignette into the opposite corners of the topper.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a brown base card. Then I re-printed the roses and made two decoupage layers. I also added six faux gems into the opposite corners of the card.
