11 Bling Backgrounds In Different ColorsCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened one of the 11 Bling Backgrounds In Different Colors files into my photo editor. Next I added an outer frame. Then I added an angel in the middle of the sheet.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue base card leaving a narrow border. I decorated the card with eight gem decorations. Then I added four ribbon bows and blue faux gem stickers into the four corners of the card. I also added some decoupage layers to the angel.
