I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper. I attached the background paper on a dark blue card. Then I mounted a decoupage motive onto the background paper using foam pads.

I printed the image onto the high quality card paper, cut it out and attached to the matching color base card.
I decorated it with 3D sticker flowers, gem stone elements and added greeting.
