I opened the first file from the Winter Cabin A4 Painting Scenes set into my photo editor. The scene is so beautiful, that it would make a lovely card just as it is. But anyhow I decided to add some decorations.
First I added a frame and the text Season's Greetings. Next I searched for something as a focal point into the card. Finally I found a digital vintage postcard download I had purchased a long time ago. There was a horse pulling a sleigh with a couple sitting in it. I extracted it from the file and added into this landscape. After this I added the white poinsettias.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue tent fold base card. I printed the poinsettias several times and made 3 decoupage levels from them. As a final touch I added some glossy accent in the flower centres.
FAB so universal and such a perfect item to have in your stash, so many uses I shall be using in many of my projects
