I used a 5x7 card base and added alayer of dark blue card and a layer of lighter blue card.

I ripped a piece of rainbow background paper and glued half to the top and half to the bottom of the card.

I printed the chosen image onto silk copy paper and cut it out then added it ot a piece of the lighter blue card, then attached to the card using silicone tape to raise it.

I added some gems and a sentiment. Absolutely gorgeous images for a wide variety of occasions.
