Printed and cut out chosen design. Topper was mounted onto black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border.
A piece of blue/green tartan backing paper was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
The topper was secured centrally with foam pads. A sentiment of choice can be added if required. Lovely designs, ideal for fund-raising.
