I used a 5x5 white card and added a piece of cloud patterned paper and then ripped a piece of pink paper and added it to the corner.

I printed the image and die cut it out with a circle die, inked the edges and attached it to the background paper.

I stamped a sentiment and some paw prints around the card and added a bow.
