Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
You will be receiving standard JPG PNG and EPS format files, usually in the ZIP compression format file.
If there is an issue opening or using the files, it is almost always a software issue on your end, that is not related to the purchased product. If you are having problems, it is quicker and more useful to search on the web to solve the problem. Try that first please. We get a lot of convos on this! If you still need help please let me know.
