I first created the Anniversary Word Art from red mirri card and a Craft Robo. To create a simple but effective card I added this diagonally to a cream 5x7 card blank. I then added peel offs to create a sentiment as well as a peel off glitter rose bloom.
Finally I used a little red and irridescent glitter in the peel off border to highlight the flowers
