I cut the file using centura pearl accents card stock, folded, and added faux gem crystals between the hearts and on the butterfly.

I added a pink glitter insert for contrast, and finished the card with a white satin bow. This is so simple to make and very effective.

The space above the bottom row of hearts can be personalised too.
