gsd files; rosette ribbon on double edged scallop card - can use elements separately ie use scallop card for your own design, or together. picture shows coloured pearlescent chalk (fixed with hairspray) used on base scallop card around edging and also on optional backing plates where hearts show through. Used embossing folder for word "celebration" on the heart rosette centre but could use practically anything for centre eg rubber stamp, own greeting, small decoupage design, anything have to hand really.
