Thank You Topper
Photographs from the Community
Although this is a cutting file and that's what I purchased (svg) it is possible to use the PDF version to create this card.
All of the Silhouette software, except the free Basic version can open pdf files.
I have Photoshop CS6 and it can open pdf's, I'm not sure of earlier versions though. So with that said I used Silhouette software and Photoshop to create this card. It is not a cutting file, but a hand cut card. It is printed on photo paper. The metal flowers and feathers came from my stash. I attached them with hot glue.
I used 3D foam tape to give the thank you sentiment dimension.
I made a 4.25 x 5.5 fold inch card with a 4 x 5.25 inch insert. The topper colors were taken from an art nouveau palette. There are three layers.
I did not have to resize the topper for this size card.I cut the third layer from the same card stock as the fold card.
This gives the impression of there being an aperture. I think this design could easily be adapted for other sentiments or a frame.
