I unzipped the file and uploaded into Cricut Design Space. Despite putting the various components onto separate canvases in Cricut, Cricut Design Space took an age to load, sort onto mats and finally cut (message wow that is a really large project and will take a while to load! Despite it only being 4 roof squares).

After much debate between my husband and I we finally decided which pieces were which. Be warned there are no instructions so trying to decide which was plinth and which was roof was difficult and even then we had 2 pieces left that we didn't know what to do with.

After deciding which pieces were which we had our own A3 white 300gsm printed double sided in wood (for barn pieces) Straw thatch (for roof), Scattered straw for floor and stone for plinth. The angels I cut in gold glitter, the three kings in holographic and the holy family in black 220gsm card. The shepherd I cut out twice, once in green stripe and once in sheep fleece effect. I then cut the sheep off and glued over the green striped.

It took over 4 hours to construct and if you are even a mm out the front of the barn bows out. We ended up putting support struts of our own making across the roof to stabilise. The hinged door at the back is, in my opinion, too big and so close to the bottom that the hinge started to rip at the fold when accessed.

We inserted some thin fairy lights into the back. It looks awesome. But be warned it is confusing without instructions and very time consuming to make, but overall very pretty.
