Wedding Day Cake Open CardCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

I cut this from 200gsm card and assembled it using a wet glue, DST and 2mm sticky pads. I added gems to finish and a miniture die-cut rose for the bouquet.

I made an acetate fronted box for this to be displayed in as the card bulk for the wedding cake made it difficult to close.

I think this just needs the wedding cake to be cut from a lighter weight card. My error not the design, but still a beautiful result.
