I used a Silhouette Cameo to cut this design on a 12 inch square piece of card which was patterned on one side. Then I cut a square the same as the card centre and attached it to the inside of the original design. To make the insert for the Thank You verse, I joined the two backing heart pieces in my design program and then cut the heart shape and message on white card. This design is very easy to make, and I attached the heart backing shapes behind the folded flaps. I raised them with sticky pads. To complete the card I decorated it with peel-off butterflies. This design makes a really unusual and pretty card.
