Tina?s design always cut perfectly on different mediums. I opened this design in my Silhouette Design program and cut it on vellum. Then I deleted the filigree part of the design, selected a small offset of .10 and cut the outer design shape again on turquoise pearl card. That made a small turquoise border of the same shape around the vellum. I attached the vellum to the pearl card with brads before I folded both layers at the same time. The leaves were punched from photo paper that I had coloured green, and I added small ivory roses and an ivory bow.
