Scalloped Happy 16th Birthday CardCompleted by Angela Walker

I cut out all the layers on my Cameo using white & lilac card. Glittered the top scalloped layer and the 16th layer. Used foam pads to stick the layers together. Added decoupage 'Forever Friends, Tatty Ted', glittered lilac butterfly, purple gems & a lilac satin ribbon.

I have also shown the box that goes with the card which complements the card.
