I printed the backing paper on to 220 gsm card and used it to cut out the base card on my Silhouette Cameo.
The toppers and sentiment were cut from black and blue 180 gsm card and I used wet glue to attach them to the base card.
A very quick card to make and could be used for a number of occasions by adding a different sentiment.
