I've done this black instead of red because my young nephew is a Celtic fan and its his birthday in June so he will be so pleased with this card.

I cut the main card out on 200gsm cardstock and the other pieces on 150gsm cardstock.

I used my Silhouette Cameo and used a glue pen to stick it all together. I used Black bakers twine to make a lace. I didn't do the Celebrate as I want to put Happy Birthday on it and I didn't think I should change it too much.
