I cut the hearts cut-out layer on white 160gsm card on a Silhouette Cameo, and then layered it over red card cut to size using sticky pads. For the top layer I added a rose and a sentiment, and arranged the cut lines to show the heart shapes. I used sticky pads to raise the layer. The finished design was attached to a mat cut from silver card before being attached to A5 scalloped card.
