I cut this from blue card then mounted onto whate base card using the second boat and lighthouse as decoupage to give even more depth to the card,topping onto base card backed with contrasting card

I cut the design out with my Silhouette Cameo using 250gsm cardstock. I used double sided tape and 3d foam pads to do the decoupage.
