Tulip Circle FlowerCompleted by Diane Baldrey

I cut the flower out of black and silver card and built up the layers using foam pads to add depth and curled the petals.

I made the base card using cup313431_1492 in black, silver and embossed white card.

The flower is so beautiful on its own that I used it as the centre piece.
