I cut all 4 beautiful hearts in white linen cardstock on my Silhouette Cameo and chose one of the large ones for this card.

I glued its sides and bottom to my white, scalloped frame card with tacky glue.

Then I layered a red poinsettia (also cut on my Silhouette) with foam pads and fastened it to the heart with glue.

For decoration I used a 3mm white organza ribbon with a golden bell in each end and a golden peel off sticker greeting in the corner of the frame.
