Scalloped Layered Christmas Blessings TopperCompleted by Brenda Scott

A very easy card to do. I just separated the layers and cut. Mounted layers with foam tape then mounted unto silver card stock. Colored the leaves, used gems for holly berries.

Placed gems in other places,added a red and white bow and some peel offs around boarder with some snowflakes in other areas of the card.

A card that anyone would be proud to receive.
