The outline was cut using adhesive gold foil and layered on velum. The velum was hand colored with Alcohol markers in-between the gold out line as well as on the back so as to give a more vibrant color.
These layers were then placed on black card stock.
The wording was done with a Silhouette Sketch pen in Silhouette Studio.
