The file was cut out using red card and then made up, gold peel off stars were added to the lantern.
This is a very easy item to construct and will look better with the Tea Light is inserted - in a safe place!!!

I cut this from silver glitter card on my cameo 3 and put in a colour changing tealight candle, I also turned the card the other way which made it glitter more on the inside, very effective, beautiful file, would be beautiful on the Christmas tree and on your window sill especially at night with colour changing light
