45th Sapphire Split Block Design OnlyCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I cut the design onto deep blue card stock then attached each piece to my card blank using wet glue.

Once dry I added blue & pink gems to the letters then small white flowers with gem centres to the numerals.

I finished with a royal blue & white organza bow.
