280 Fancy Cut Card and TopperCompleted by Laura Nicholls

I thought this design was appropriate as an anniversary card because of the design. I cut it out with my Silhouette Cameo and then cut out the words Happy Anniversary with an offset in white.

I stuck the words to the offset backing with a glue pen and stuck the whole thing on the card with a tape pen.
