This design is so versatile - you can resize easily to fit any card - cut layers in different colours - it will always look stunning on any card - For this card I used a card blank cup 66051_10 as the background - using the back plain part to cut out this design - i printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out the top layer of the design - i then used just white glossy photo paper for the underneath layer of the sign - after sticking together i then decorated the plain white parts of the plinth with blue flowers and then attached to my printed card front - this I then mounted on blue mirror card and mounted onto an A 4 card - finished off with blue glitter greeting and an white organza bow decorated with a white flower - makes a lovley design for any card -
