50th Plinth Card Topper

This design is so versatile especially as you can resize so easily - for this card I resized down so that it would fit my square card - cut the backing out in dark blue and the top layer in a happy birthday backing paper that I use - covered the sqaure card with this backing paper as well - also made and cut out a 'happy' greeting which I attached to the plinth - finished off card with mettalic blue peel off edging and mettalic blue glittery stars - makes a quick but effective card
