Firstly I cut the individual pieces in the file out of card stock. Then wet glued the card front and back together at the hinge. Using foam tape I layered the apron front attaching a ribbon at the neck.

Wet glued the edges of the pocket and placed it on the apron front then matted the sentiment using foam tape/pads.

Popped the utensils into the pocket securing with a little foam pad here and there and added a ribbon bow.

A very sweet card for plenty of occasions especially for nans, grandmas and grandmothers if you add your own sentiment.
