I cut out the base card on my Silhouette Cameo 3 and folded down the score line. I then cut out the base topper on blue mirror card and then cut out the top layer on white card.

I attached the base topper to the card base with glue then dotted the top layer with spots of glue and gently attached to the mirror base topper.

I made up a decoupage flower design from my stash and finished of with a birthday sentiment.
