I cut out all elements on my Cameo and made up the base card in white card stock using double side tape to fix together and folded on the score line.
I attached the red base topper to the base card with glue and dotted the topper with glue dots to attach to the base topper.
I used decoupage pansies from my craft stash and used 3d double sided pads to attach to a white square edged with a red marker.
