I opened the sheet with Inkscape and selected the coloured shirt and separated each piece- buttons, collar, pocket etc and printed off.

A oiece of coloured background paper was attached to a A6 white card and the shirt and pieces mounted on top using double sided tape and sticky pads.

A happy Birthday tag was printed off and attached anad som esilver peel offs trimmed the edges.
