I scaled the main image a little bit down and cut it in green leather look cardboard and made an outline cut backing in red cardboard.

I cut 4 copies of the very pretty butterfly in bright white pearl scent cardboard.

With 15mm foam pads I fastened the layered image to a piece of black cardboard a few mm. smaller than my card base, which is a 13x18 cm Recycled Kraft card.

I used some stamping ink and some tiny black gem stones for decoration. The butterflies are made in 2 layers, and I lifted the wings of the upper layer. Finally I used peel off sticker lines in black/gold round the black edge and finished with 2 Japanese/Chinese gold letters.
