This topper fits nicely onto an 8 inch square card, and will be just right for any occasion. There is a second file with the centre removed so you can us it as a frame.

The elements were cut using silver mirri card and black and red smooth card. I adhered the frame, flowers and leaves with glue and the sentiment with foam pads. I cut using dark purple card for the base design and white shimmer pearl for the flowers and leaves,I added the base design to a white scalloped and then added the layers with glue gel To finish I added lilac pearls to the flowers,Lovely design.
