Lady In Hat Silhouette Topper - 07Completed by Suzanne Burrows

A very quick card to make, I got some black card and cut the lady out using my craft robo, then using some feint pink chalk ink i stamped happy birthday randomly over the white card base, then i added black peeloff corners, then i added the lady to the card using foam pads and to finish i added flat backed pearls around her neck for a necklace.
