The file includes the cut out base aperture card, with a separate offset front layer which gives a 2D effect when attached to the base card using foam pads.There are separate toppers for the fairies and also backings for the wings should you wish to give them a different colour.

I cut the base card and front layer from white 220 gsm card. I used foam pads to attach the front layer to the base to give a 2D effect.
The fairies are cut from 120 gsm pearlised card and lined up and stuck to the corresponding shapes on front layer using pva glue.
I used a patterned paper to make an insert with the patterned side showing through the aperture.
