To create this look I added a sheet from Petrol on Water Set one : cup1090502_604 behind my cut out 'Easter Circle Mat 1 - SVG' from a green mirror card.

I mounted the circle mat to a sheet from : Faux Embossed Sheets Set 1 - 10 x A4 Backing Paper Sheets : CUP582669_604

To finish I added stick on gems and a Happy Easter sentiment.
