Scalloped Layered New Baby TopperCompleted by KAREN CARTER

I made the base card from Lemon Centura Pearl and also cut the middle layer from the same card, the remaining layers I cut from white pearl.

I embossed the top layer with an embossing folder.

The flowers were made from punches. the finishing touches include some silver corner peeloffs and 2 clear faceted teddy bears.

A lovely cutting file that can be used for either sex, depending on the colours used.
