I made the base card from pale blue Centura Pearl and also cut the middle layer from the same card, the remaining layers I cut from white pearl.
I embossed the top layer with an embossing folder.
The flowers were made from punches. the finishing touches include some silver corner peeloffs and 2 pale blue faceted teddy bears.
A lovely cutting file that can be embellished as much or as little as you like.
I cut out the three layers on my Cameo cutting machine and mounted onto a backing sheet (cup296499_539) which was mounted onto an A5 card.
Added gold border edging, corners and Congratulations to the backing sheet. I added a matching insert to which I had added a verse (cup296503_539).
