Scalloped Layered 1 Today CardCompleted by Angela Walker

I used white linen look card to cut the main card and scalloped elements and blue card to contrast with the white.

I used foam pads to give the card a 3D effect. Decorated it with a lovely blue & white die cut smiley butterfly.

Embellished with blue gems and sparkley butterfly & flower.
