This is a lovely card but really delicate. I found that I had to have the speed and a new blade to cut this one out because it was so delicate but it was worth it.
I used my silhouette cameo to cut the design out and used 180gsm cardstock for the wheel and 210gsm cardstock for the actual card.
I used a large brad to stick the wheel onto the card.
